NICOLAS AUBAGNAC

Nicolas Aubagnac is an interior designer and graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Métiers d’Art in Paris. Fascinated from an early age by arts and crafts, he developed a passion for furniture and the Art Deco period, which inspired his first creations. In 1997, he founded his own design studio, where he develops both original furniture collections and bespoke interior projects. His apartments are conceived as timeless spaces, where tradition meets modernity, and elegance transcends fleeting trends.

Aubagnac’s work draws on exceptional artisanal know-how, collaborating with master craftsmen and prestigious workshops such as Baccarat, Delisle, Pouenat, the Gobelins Manufactory and Pinton. His designs are nourished by references to the wider world of arts, celebrating culture, timelessness, and meticulous craftsmanship.

His creations have been showcased at major exhibitions, including the ART PARIS Design platform at the Grand Palais, a collective exhibition at ARTCURIAL, and the HOMO FABER show, where a majestic cabinet by Aubagnac was presented. This piece will also be featured in an upcoming exhibition dedicated to the Hache dynasty of cabinetmakers under the Musée des Arts Décoratifs’ guidance. With each project, Nicolas Aubagnac bridges history and contemporary design, crafting interiors and objects that honor both heritage and innovation.
